The area around Stromgarde Keep you'll want to detour from and go around the north side of the keep and hug the western wall if you don't have a flying mount. The lines for that route will also show on your minimap while in that zone so you can easily follow it while farming your herb. Foreground will lock up your computer for a bit but is faster at generating your route, Background if your computer is a dinosaur so it won't crash you to the desktop. Now back to the left under Routes you should see a new tab with the zone you just created your route for, double click that tab and it will display your route name, click it. At the top create a name for the route(like ArathiGoldthorn) and to the right of that choose the appropriate zone(in this case Arathi Highlands). Click Add on the left side of the panel above Routes.
